Seetha Payanam Movie Latest Review 2026
Action King Arjun Sarja’s film ‘Seetha Payanam’ stars his daughter Aishwarya Arjun as the heroine. Let’s take a look at the review of this Valentine’s Day gift.
Seetha Payanam Story:
Seetha (Aishwarya), who is not very interested in marriage in her life, sets off on a car journey to attend a presentation given by a famous chef in Hyderabad. A stranger named Abhishek (Niranjan) also becomes a part of this journey along with her. And why did he have to make the journey with her? Why does Seetha want to find and thank everyone who came to know her in the middle of this journey? What are the roles of a rowdy Giri (Arjun Sarja) and Pawan (Dhruv Sarja) who are introduced in the middle? In the end, whether Aishwarya has changed her mind about marriage or not, we have to watch this movie to find out.
Plus points:
Among the actors, Aishwarya Arjun has shown her talent in all aspects of this film. Aishwarya Arjun has tried to give her best in many aspects like dance, acting, and glamour.
Also, lead actor Niranjan has also given a decent performance in this film. The action blocks are not bad for him. Arjun Sarja’s cameo is also not bad. Arjun has done his role well. Along with them, Prakash Raj and Sathya Raj have acted well in their roles to the best of their ability. Similarly, the 20 seconds of life concept shown on the heroine’s character in the first half seems decent.
Minus points:
After a while, this concept becomes a bit boring and then there is a bit of hope for a story. But it must be said that Arjun has failed to lead the story in an engaging way. After the first half, which already seems below average, there is scope to take the film with good moments in the second half.
But the entire second half is very boring and drawn out. The fact that the film moves forward with the missing songs makes it even more boring. Dhruv Sarja’s cameo in the second half feels overdone. There is no need for that much buildup. Almost no emotion is seen in the film without connecting with the audience. The audience cannot connect with these emotionally.
In fact, the concept chosen by Arjun in this film should have been planned to have a good feel-good story. The second half of the story would have been better if the process of meeting the people who saved his life had been designed with better blocks. Moreover, the hero himself enters the field to solve the heroine’s problem, and their love tracks do not seem so natural. With this, the story continues to be boring.
Apart from this, the production values in the film are also not good. Some scenes involving AI seem terrible. It seems like the audience is being taken for granted. This is the thread in most of the scenes. And Arjun himself should know why he is so careless.
Technical category:
The production values in this film are very below average. The audience is presented with AI visuals of cheaper quality than VFX. Some of Anup Rubens’ songs are okay but the background score is not good. It feels like he has taken it from his old films and twisted it around. Some of the transitions in the editing are good. Some scenes should have been cut. The cinematography is good.
As for director Arjun Sarja… his work is not satisfactory for this film. He took a good line but he did not design a good story and scenes for it. He directed the film in a very boring way and made it boring. He should have tried something better for his daughter’s debut.
Verdict:
Overall, the line chosen by Arjun in this ‘Sita Payanam’ seems okay, and his daughter Aishwarya Arjun also gave a good performance in this film with decent looks. But Arjun did not handle the story properly. The desired emotional depth was greatly missed in this film. Due to this, this Sita Payanam progresses slowly.
